German Design Award Winner 2018
The new zinc die-cast luminaire series AM/AX – known as the A series for short – won the 2018 German Design Award.
The jury was won over by the sophisticated combination of the clear design language of the luminaire with its modular, practical structure.
The AM/AX luminaires can be used in almost any conceivable situation, enabling a uniform look across the entire project. All luminaires can be mounted in or on walls or ceilings and come with cord or pendant suspension. The AM has a viewing distance of 20 m; the larger AX, 30 m. The luminaires of the A series are single-battery luminaires that include a self-testing module; alternatively they can be connected to a central battery system with or without a monitoring module.
