LED is blinking. What does this indicate?

Luminaires from RP have several LEDs to indicate the status of the luminaire.

  • Green LED is blinking = Defect while charging the battery
  • Green LED is blinking, and red LED is on = Defect of battery
  • Green and red LED are on, and yellow LED is blinking = Defect of luminaire

I would like to return a luminaire. What should I do?

When returning a luminaire, our partners and dealers are at your disposal. They will clarify a request for exchange and further proceedings. Please have ready a precise description of the defect, the type of luminaire and the order or ID number. We will then provide you with a RMA number and you can return the luminaire.

I require a service technician. Who should I contact?

Please contact our partners or your local dealer first. You can also contact our technical support directly. Many requests can already be solved by phone. However, if an on-site service will be necessary, we will quickly assign a technician.

An inspection is scheduled. Who can support us?
