Luminaires from RP have several LEDs to indicate the status of the luminaire.
- Green LED is blinking = Defect while charging the battery
- Green LED is blinking, and red LED is on = Defect of battery
- Green and red LED are on, and yellow LED is blinking = Defect of luminaire

Documentation of our luminaires and systems is provided for downloading in the product area on our website.
When returning a luminaire, our partners and dealers are at your disposal. They will clarify a request for exchange and further proceedings. Please have ready a precise description of the defect, the type of luminaire and the order or ID number. We will then provide you with a RMA number and you can return the luminaire.
Please contact our partners or your local dealer first. You can also contact our technical support directly. Many requests can already be solved by phone. However, if an on-site service will be necessary, we will quickly assign a technician.

Customer satisfaction is important for us. Thus, you are not directed to a Call Centre, but one of our qualified staff members will assist you personally.
