Parking Fort Neipperg

The "Parking Fort Neipperg" car park in Luxembourg is a modern car park with a total of 682 parking spaces. It has video surveillance, is continuously lit and offers 24-hour customer service. The car park is centrally located and close to the old town of Luxembourg City. It is easily accessible by public transport.

In 2019, the car park was renovated by the City of Luxembourg to increase safety and comfort for users. The renovation works included the replacement of the lighting, the renewal of the fire protection systems, the extension of the disabled parking spaces and the installation of electric charging stations.

The renovation was necessary to bring the car park up to date with the latest technology and to meet the requirements of modern car parks. The work was commissioned by the City of Luxembourg to provide a safe and comfortable parking facility for the users of the car park.

To increase safety, around 400 FMD safety lights were installed during the renovation to provide emergency lighting in the event of a power failure. In addition, 250 FMW escape sign luminaires were installed to indicate the way to the nearest rescue facility in the event of an emergency. A reliable power supply is ensured by the MCS284 central power supply system, which ensures an uninterruptible power supply and provides power to the security and rescue facilities in the car park.

There are different tariffs, a short-term and a long-term parking zone as well as special tariffs for companies and subscribers. The car park is handicapped accessible and offers clean and well-maintained sanitary facilities as well as parking spaces for bicycles.
