REPORTING OF SECURITY VULNERABILITIES AND INCIDENTS (CYBER RESILIENCE ACT)

The security and integrity of our products are our top priority. In accordance with the requirements of the European Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), we have established a central reporting center for IT security incidents and vulnerabilities.

If you have discovered a potential or actively exploited security vulnerability in one of our products, we ask that you report it to us confidentially as part of a Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure process.

 

PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING IN YOUR MESSAGE

  1. which product is affected (including the version, e.g., Core-Bus Slave Module v1.4),
  2. whether it involves a discovered vulnerability or an actual security incident,
  3. what exactly happened and how it affects your operations,
  4. the date and time (including time zone, if possible) when the vulnerability or incident was discovered,
  5. the location of the installation (including country) where the product is being used, and
  6. any indications of potential malicious activity (e.g., unauthorized access).
  7. Please also attach any relevant screenshots or log files to your message.
